Should Illinois Hold a Constitutional Convention?

Lousin_ann Here's a new paper from Professor Ann Lousin on whether Illinois should hold a constitutional convention.  The great state of Illinois will vote on a referendum this November as to whether the state should call a new constitutional convention.  It might make a good writing project for some of your students this semester.  Click here to download the paper.
