grandchildren: grading distraction #6

Img_2414 I found a new grading distraction last week, which involved travelling to Illinois to babysit my not-quite-two-year-old granddaughter while her baby brother made his debut. I now feel I am an expert on Dora the Explorer ("Backpack, backpack!" "Delicioso!" "We did it! We did it!") Parents with small children, I salute you for your extraordinary patience.

It turned out to be more of a distraction than I had anticipated, and it's why you haven't seen many posts from me lately. (But it was also more fun than the distractions I usually succumb to.)
