Around this time last year, blog co-editor Sue Liemer posted this item about an Eighth Circuit case discussing the problems created by the "and/or" construction.
Now the Florida Supreme Court has issued an opinion that also addresses the ambiguities created by use of that peculiar conjunction and suggests some alternatives.
