details from the Scalia-Garner book on persuading judges
The May 2008 issue of the ABA Journal will feature the new book, Making Your Case: The Art of Persuading Judges, written by Justice Antonin Scalia and Bryan Garner. The Journal's website provides this detailed look inside the book, as well as an audio podcast link to an interview with the two authors.
