a judge's poetic order

A recent ruling from U.S. District Judge Sam Sparks in Austin, Texas, shows his poetic displeasure about the deposition issues between two attorneys.  See Download sparks_poem1.pdf .

The judge's poem reminds me of this old limerick:

A decrepit old gas man named Peter,
While hunting around for the meter,
Touched a leak with his light.
He arose out of sight,
And, as anyone can see by reading this, he also destroyed the meter.
