open ALWD meeting

The Association of Legal Writing Directors (ALWD) will hold its annual membership meeting this Wednesday afternoon, June 7th, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., in Atlanta, Georgia.  Yes, it has been conveniently scheduled to take place just before the opening reception for the Legal Writing Institute's (LWI) conference.  This year ALWD's annual meeting is open to all legal writing professionals -- you do not have to be an ALWD member to attend.  Although I am uncertain of the location at the moment, almost all the LWI conference events will take place at Georgia State University College of Law, so that's a safe assumption for the location of the ALWD meeting, too.  If you read this post and can confirm that location, please do so by clicking on "comments" below.   (spl)
