Shameless Commerce Division: A Promo for Unincorporated Business Entities, 5th Edition

Posted by Jeff Lipshaw

If you teach unincorporated business entities (LLCs, partnerships, and agency), you may be interested in the LexisNexis promo in which I shamelessly plug the thing.  My overall reaction:  a face made for radio, but what I'm saying is accurate.

Jeff, sounds like an mprovement. No business owner wants a litigation base for the lawyer's education, she will want the lawyer focused on resolving the issue, whether in formation, operation, negotiation or dissolution.

Is there a companion practitioner's treatise to the textbook?

Ted, my late co-author Larry Ribstein did indeed author treatises on partnership and LLC, but with other co-authors. My understanding is that those volumes are being picked up by others. I'm aware of one for sure, but I don't want to get out ahead of them.
