The BLS also revised downward the number of jobs added in June by 1,900 (BLS originally reported 4,800 jobs were added in June). Even with these two developments, the legal sector has still added a net 1,100 jobs since May, and July's figure represents a net gain of 2,000 jobs compared with the total number of jobs in the legal sector (which includes non-lawyers like paralegals, legal secretaries and alternative legal service providers) BLS reported in July 2017.
