Fastcase, a commercial legal research tool offered free with membership in many state bar associations, has just improved its citator - known as Authority Check - by offering a feature that tells you whether your case has received any negative, later case treatment. Known as Bad Law Bot, it uses algorithms to find negative citation history for your case. Bad Law Bot then flags those negative decisions and provides you with the links to the cases.
