Sanction Increased By Pennsylvania Supreme Court

In a matter involving the misappropriation of entrusted funds, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court rejected the sanction proposed by the Disciplinary Board of a suspension of a year and a day.

The court raised the sanction to a five-year suspension.

The attorney had a record of prior discipline, including two instances of misappropriation where his wife had taken entrusted funds. (Mike Frisch)
