Living The Good Life On Other People's Money

The South Carolina Supreme Court accepted an attorney's consent to disbarment for his numerous admitted ethical violations.

Among the violations was the misuse of entrusted funds fo personal expenses including

sunglasses, flowers, dry cleaning, gas, online shopping, cell phone services, iTunes, ebooks and video game downloads, movie rentals, tanning and a ski vacation.

The sanction was imposed effective as of the attorney's interim suspension. (Mike Frisch)
