The Indiana Supreme Court has suspended an attorney for 18 months without automatic reinstatement for his failure to comply with a former client's reasonable request for a fee accounting that would provide the hours he had worked prior to discharge, charging an unreasonable fee, and his failure to return the file "after its retention was no longer necessary to secure payment of his fee."
