What's In A Name?
From the web page of the Virginia State Bar:
On July 21, 2011, a Virginia State Bar Fifth District-Section III Subcommittee issued a public reprimand with terms to [an attorney] for violating disciplinary rules that govern competence and communication. Under the terms of the discipline, she must conform the name she uses for practicing with her name of record with the Virginia State Bar. This was an agreed disposition of misconduct charges.
