Limited Representation Agreement Defeats Legal Malpractice Claim
The Indiana Court of Appeals has held that the defendants in a legal malpractice lawsuit were improperly denied summary judgment. The attorneys and client had entered into a limited representation agreement. The attorneys fulfilled their obligations under the agreement.
