Judge Suspended For Tire Incident
Former AbovetheLaw Judge of the Day Robert Nalley had been suspended without pay for five working days by the Maryland Court of Appeals. The discipline was imposed pursuant to a consent.
The misconduct involved letting the air of the tires of a car of a custodial worker parked near the courthouse. Judge Murphy would impose a reprimand. (Mike Frisch)
