Suspension Imposed

The Delaware Supreme Court rejected a public reprimand as proposed by its Board on Professional Responsibility and imposed a suspension of three months followed by probation for one year. The court concluded that the misconduct, which involved concurrent conflicts of interest in loan transactions between clients and failure to make required disclosures, merited an actual suspension from practice.
