See You In 2017

An attorney who was disbarred in 1997 and barred from seeking reinstatement for 20 years has sought reinstatement and filed pleadings attacking the order imposing discipline. The Florida Supreme Court has had enough. The court found him ineligible for reinstatement until 2017, concluded that his numerous filings were frivolous, and ordered that he cease filing pleadings relating to his disbarment unless signed by a member of the Florida Bar: "[The attorney] fails to comprehend that the Court has disposed of his cases."  (Mike Frisch)

Presumably, the attorney will be allowed to file a timely motion for rehearing. After all, the order is not yet final.
