Cautioned
An Arkansas attorney was cautioned for noting but not pursuing an appeal on behalf of his clients and failing to respond to discovery requests. The appeal was found to have been for no purpose except delay and to have imposed a burden on the opposing party. The failure to respond to discovery involved disobedience of legal obligations.
