Not A Compliment
The United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit recently affirmed a district court order resolving litigation regarding payment of attorneys fees arising out of a class action matter, noting that the case had produced "some of the most convoluted complicated issues that legal minds can produce" and "bore more resemblance to a Pier-10 brawl than legal actions."
