Helpful Tips From Washington State Bar

The Washington State Bar Association has an online resource that should be emulated by every state bar --a guide to the proper procedures for opening and operating a trust account. Because the rules regarding such accounts are strictly enforced, it is most helpful to provide bar members with clear instructions regarding their responsibilities in this aspect of practice.
