Davis Syllabus Now Available

Kevin Davis of NYU has just sent his syllabus, which is quite comprehensive.  It includes among many other issues his incisive methodological critiques of efforts to quantify the rule of law, about which he has a piece in the Fall 2007 issue of Law and Social Inquiry.  the syllabus is below...

Syllabus-Ginsburg/Ulen at University of Illinois 2005

Hi all: one service that this blogspace can provide is to facilitate exchanges of syllabi and teaching materials.  As a start, here is the syllabus from the course Tom Ulen and I taught at Illinois a couple years ago.  Our approach included a lot of materials from Economics, Sociology and Political Science.
