World Bank report on Doing Business
We have frequently commented in this space on the Doing Business methodology used by the World Bank. The World Bank Independent Evaluation Group's report on the Doing Business reports is available here. The report seems to take some of the critiques by Davis, Arrunada, and others into account--though not all.
