Law and Contemporary Problems: Odious Debt
The Duke Law School journal Law and Contemporary Problems has just published an issue on Odious Debts and State Corruption, avaialble here. This resulted from a symposium organized by the inestimable Mitu Gulati, and featured a number of scholars and practitioners (including Lee Buchheit of Cleary Gottleib, who has an interesting paper on the ethics of international finance). All the contributions are highly recommended, except perhaps my own with Tom Ulen, which is only recommended :0
