Davis Syllabus Now Available
Kevin Davis of NYU has just sent his syllabus, which is quite comprehensive. It includes among many other issues his incisive methodological critiques of efforts to quantify the rule of law, about which he has a piece in the Fall 2007 issue of Law and Social Inquiry. the syllabus is below...
