Clerking: It's not too late

I often meet with alumni who regret not having understood the value of a clerkship while in law school.  Increasingly, however, it appears that it is not too late to revisit the idea of clerking.  More judges are now seeking law clerks with experience practicing law.

The ABA Law Journal has more information on this trend.  See Martha Neil's article, More Fed'l Judges Seek Law Clerks with Practice Experience, ABA Law Journal (Sept. 11, 2008).
