When the Judge Looks Out for New Lawyers
When the Judge is looking out for new lawyers, they can get a chance to hone their skills in court. U.S. District Judge William Alsup in San Francisco allows oral argument on motions that would otherwise be resolved on paper if the lawyer making the argument has been out of law school for four or fewer years.
New York Lawyer requires a password, but it is free.
