When "Gen Y" Rules the World

Ryan Healy, founder of Brazen Careerist, a Gen Y consultant on recruiting and retaining his generation, posted 10 Ways Gen Y Will Change the Workplace, which offers a very clear window for Boomers and Xers who supervise millennials and who are trying very hard to figure out "what they want."  Whether some or all of these things come to pass -- time will tell.  Whether some or all of these changes will come to the hierarchal world of traditional law practice, will be incredibly interesting to watch.
