Invasion of the Drones

In response to EFF's FOIA lawsuit, the FAA has released thousands of pages of drone records about flights in US airspace. The documents include "extensive details about the specific drone models some entities are flying, where they fly, how frequently they fly, and how long they stay in the air." In addition to a brief summary, EFF is making the records available to download for closer inspection here. For an infographic about American attitudes about the use of drones inside and outside of the US, see Good Technology's recent post. [JH]
