Three States Introduce UELMA Legislation
IIT-Chicago Kent Law's Gov Docs Guy blog reports that UELMA adoption bills have been introduced in Tennessee [HB 3656], Colorado, [HB 12-1209], and California [SB-1075] so far this year. The blog post also reports that AALL is targeting Connecticut, Louisiana, Minnesota, Nebraska, and Wisconsin in an effort to promote the uniform act nationwide.
