Did a Publishing Industry Insider Blow the Whistle on Apple and Publishers Collusion to Set eBook Pricing?
If true it certainly may make it earier to prove an actual conspiracy took place. 30-some nation-wide class action suits, recently consolidated, plus DOJ, states attorneys general and European authorities are investing the alleged price fixing. Until now the allegations that major publishers colluded with Apple to fix eBook prices have been based on speculation from public sources.
