Exposing Oneself in Public Not Good Enough Reason for Firing Professor

A University of New Hampshire professor admitted exposing himself to a mother and her teenage daughter in a grocery store parking lot but an arbitrator ruled that the University could not terminate his employment. Under the University's "moral delinquencies of a grave nature" standard the arbitrator ruled that the exhibitionism was not a just cause for firing the professor. Watch out UNH students!
