We have an opening for a Competitive & Business Intelligence Research Specialist in the Library & Research Department. The successful candidate will conduct competitive and business intelligence research and legal & non-legal research to support the strategic advancement of the Firm. Research specialist will be responsible for producing reports that support client development and retention, client proposals, client service assessments, RFP responses and other business development and firm efforts.
Ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Library & Information Studies/Science from an ALA-accredited institution and 5-7 years experience in the field of competitive & business intelligence. Law firm and law library experience strongly preferred. Candidate must have leadership skills, strong technical skills and organizational skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, ability to interact with diverse groups of people and proven customer service skills.
