Why is someone going to pay $700 to have a lawyer prepare a will when they can get it for $49 online?
That question was asked by Frederic Ury, president–elect of the National Conference of Bar Presidents, during the American Bar Foundation-sponsored panel discussion on "The Future of Lawyering" at the ABA Midyear Meeting in Atlanta last Saturday.
