Give Pause to Failed States This Independence Day
As we celebrate the founding of our country and our civil rights and liberties this Fourth of July, perhaps we also ought to reflect on why states fail while we enjoy fireworks displays, our favorite beverages, and whatever we have tossed on the grill.
