Federal Judge Blocks Parts of the AZ Immigration Law

The New York Times reports that Judge Susan Bolton issued a preliminary injunction against key parts of the law, including the parts that officers check immigration status when enforcing other laws, and the requirement that immigrants carry papers with them at all times.  The article has links to the opinion via an NYT server.  [MG]
