NALP Tweaks 2010 Recruiting Season Guidelines
Backing off a plan that would have delayed the summer associate offer process by as many as four months because. according to NALP, "there was no consensus among the membership," the NALP Board of Directors has adopted two tweaks to its guidelines for the 2010 recruiting cycle: (1) a 28-day rolling response deadline for candidates not previously employed by the offering employer and (2) candidates who have been previously employed by the offering employer, the response deadline has be moved from November 15 to November 1.
