Campaign Finance Case May Come Tomorrow

The Associated Press (via the Washington Post) is reporting that the Supreme Court is meeting in a rare Thursday session to issue opinions.  The speculation is that the Court will issue the opinion in the campaign finance case Citizens United v. FEC (08-205).  The case is unusual because it was argued once, and held over for reargument in September of last year, about a month before the current term started.  On The Docket has more information about the case.  [MG]
