A Little Holiday "Cheer" from a Grumpy Ralph Nader: "A lawyer's role is to look out for the administration of justice"
The Connecticut Law Tribune's Patrick R. Linsey reports on Ralph Nader's visit to the University of Connecticut School of Law in Ralph Nader Calls Out Legal Profession, Law Schools. According to the story Nader placed much of the blame for our legal system on legal education, which he said "has spent too much time teaching substantive law and too little encouraging students to think critically about why the law is what it is" but "Nader did agree that law schools today offer a richer curricula than when he was a student in the '50s" at Harvard Law School.
