Headnote Numbers in Texts of Google SLOJ Opinions?!
Richard Leiter reports that "a few searches in Google SLOJ have retrieved cases that have headnote numbers embedded in them." No headnotes, no key numbers, "but the headnote numbers themselves are clearly embedded in the text of the cases" he writes. See his Google Scholar LOJ - Where Did Google Get the Cases?! post for details. Sounds like a question Leiter may be asking Google Scholar's Anurag Acharya during his interview on December 4th for The Law Librarian. Should be a very interesting program. Tune in to find out. Hat tip to Ron Jones. [JH]
