Friday Fun: Bookstore's 10-Round Smackdown between the Printed Book and Kindle
Hat tip to Hugh D'Andrade on EFF's Deeplinks Blog for calling attention to San Francisco bookstore Green Apple Books' on-going 10-part series of humorous videos that highlight the advantages of paper books over Amazon's Kindle. At Deeplinks Blog you can view the first two rounds of The Book vs. the Kindle Smackdown featuring the first sale doctrine and terms of use, print vs. Kindle. Here's Round 3 about something close to every librarian's heart, sharing.
You can view the entire series on Green Apple's YouTube channel. [JH]
