How did LexisNexis and Westlaw corner the market on legal information?
For an answer to this question, Paul Lomio (Stanford) recommends chapters 14 and 15 of antitrust lawyer Gary L. Reback's new book, Free the Market: Why Only Government Can Keep the Marketplace Competitive, to be released on April 16. Lomio calls it "fascinating, must-read stuff," and I'm looking forward to reading our copy when it arrives. [RG]
