Is It a Federal Crime to Violate a Web Site's TOS?
In light of the recent verdict in the Lori Drew case, one of Drew's attorneys, Orin Kerr has established new Terms of Use for the Volokh Conspiracy, where he blogs. Of course merely viewing the Volokh Conspiracy's new TOS does not imply acceptance of its terms.
