From Court to Westlaw: The Editorial Process of Preparing a Court Opinion for Online Access

By now legal research students probably need a short break in class. This brief video from Thomson-West might do the trick. The Westcast shows the editorial process of taking a court opinion and preparing it for access on Westlaw. In this instance, the case is last June's SCOTUS ruling in District of Columbia v. Heller.
