Teaching Digital Literacy Using Norwegian Online Course
Search & Write is an online course which aims to help students with research and writing. It's goal is to help students become more information literate by combining both the searching and writing process students go through. "Both searching for information and writing are creative processes and the search for information is an integral part of ... writing. This is reflected in the activities students go through in the course."
The online course, a product of a cooperative project between the libraries of Bergen University College, The Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration and The University of Bergen, is divided into two levels: Basic for new students and Advanced for students at postgraduate level. The English language version of Search & Write's advanced level course could be used as is or adapted for any basic legal research and writing course. Check out the how to use the course page for more.
