SEC Guidance on Use of Company Websites
Recently the SEC issued guidance corporate electronic communications, including the use of “blogs” and “electronic forums”. Jim Hamilton (Jim Hamilton’s World of Securities Regulation) has posted a white paper on the topic entitled “SEC Guidance on Use of Company Websites”.
