Law is a funny thing. One can learn more about how law, such as union contracts, prevents progress. Law has gripped out country too tight that no one can act in a productive manner. New businesses and ideas that made our country physically strong are now strangled by the fear of "being sued." As as new generations of attorneys it is a duty to changes things for the better and save us all from the "fear factor."
I know I personally invest a great deal of time researching the American arguments concerning education reform. I seem to find some common thread core arguments that I think we all can't ignore. I hope to share my thoughts as well. I wish education reform got more attention in America because it is so fundamental to all the things we are and do as Americans.
I try and show it in a way that most people can relate to. I use videos, articles, cartoons, and much more to try and bring it all together. Check out more of my thoughts on the issue of education reform at www.americaneducationreform.com/videos.htm or just http://www.americaneducationreform.com. Thanks for sharing.

Here's an argument that law schools should offer concise teaching on black letter law, by offering students materials like the concise BarBri Conviser Mini Review, so that students can get a broad and focused view of how the law is currently implemented and actually works. So that they have more of a base to build upon in analyzing theoretical legal issues professors like to wax upon so much, can move on to higher level concepts and questions more quickly and confidently, with a more rigorous intellectual base/background to theorize upon--which is often overlooked by professors.
