Two Patriot Act Provisions Found Unconstitutional
Judge Ann Aiken of the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon yesterday found two Patriot Act provisions dealing with searches and intelligence gathering unconstitutional because they violate the Fourth Amendment protection against unreasonable searches and seizures.
