Securing Baghdad with Gated Communities

"The announcement that the US is seeking to secure three troubled Sunni areas — Ameriyia, Khadra and Adhamiyah — as the equivalent of gated communities may prove to be a key dimension in determining whether the current effort to secure Baghdad can be made to work.
