Perks at One of the 100 Best Companies to Work For

In The 100 Best Companies to Work For, 2007 edition, Fortune highlights some unusual employee perks. The one that caught my attention is Arnold & Porter's referral fee. The law firms offer referral fees of $15,000 if you recommend an employee they end up hiring!
