Sixth Circuit Clears Lexis Nexis of Copyright Infringement
"The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals has affirmed a district court's dismissal of copyright infringement claims by a Michigan law firm against Lexis Nexis regarding legal forms and the software for filling them out. The decision cleared Lexis of infringement, but re-instated a breach-of-contract claim that the district court had dismissed on the pleadings."

I think you have to pay to subscribe to Lexis Nexis. There is a group of premium & Subscription publishers called congoo that launched a search engine in beta a few months ago. They give you free access to their premium content if you download a toolbar called a netpass. I have so many toolbars but I downloaded theirs and it actually gets you past the barrier pages. If you think about it...all toolbars do the same crap...at least one gets you access to content, Heres a link
